License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Brian High Productions ("Licensor") regarding the use of images created by Brian High.

Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images ("Images") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Permitted Use

Licensee may use the Images for:

• Personal, non-commercial purposes
• Editorial purposes
• Display on personal websites and social media profiles, with proper attribution to Brian High Productions

Prohibited Use

Licensee is prohibited from:

• Using the Images for commercial purposes without obtaining a separate license from Licensor
• Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on the Images
• Sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing the Images
• Using the Images in a defamatory, obscene, or unlawful manner

Copyright and Ownership

All Images remain the intellectual property of Brian High Productions. Licensee acknowledges that no ownership or copyright in the Images is transferred to Licensee under this Agreement.

Termination

Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Images and delete all copies of the Images in their possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Images are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Images.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
